Summary
We are recruiting for a Business Management Support Officer who will play a key role in supporting the effective operation of the business unit by delivering a broad range of administrative and coordination responsibilities. The position will involve:
Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and provide advice.
Ensuring all outputs and activities are compliant with departmental policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.
Supporting workforce planning activities and assisting with onboarding, offboarding, and induction processes.
Providing logistical and administrative support for visits and trawls.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date organisational charts for the Operations function, reflecting structural changes as required.
Communicating policy updates, team activities, outputs, and broader business unit developments clearly and effectively to relevant stakeholders.
Collecting, processing, and analysing data to produce reports and briefings in agreed formats.
Ad hoc tasks to support the Director and wider team.
