We’re looking for a calm, capable, and compassionate individual to join our Gravesend-based team as a Customer Support Specialist. Your ability to hold a meaningful conversation and assist customers in financial distress will be key to their journey and our continued success.
What You’ll Do
Support Customers with Sensitivity: Speak with customers over the phone, providing thoughtful and practical support—especially those who may be experiencing financial challenges.
Resolve Queries: Handle email enquiries clearly, professionally, and efficiently.
Uphold Our Values: Deliver service with respect, fairness, and understanding at every step.
Stay Focused Under Pressure: Work efficiently, even in busy periods, while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
Be a Team Player: Work closely with your colleagues to ensure a seamless and supportive experience for all customers.

Call Centre or Customer Service Experience: You’re confident handling calls and know how to build rapport quickly and respectfully.
Empathy and Communication Skills: You can navigate difficult conversations with care, clarity, and composure.
