What you’ll get:

A nationally recognised qualification
On-the-job training with expert guidance
A supportive team that wants you to succeed
Hybrid working – a mix of office and home
A salary of £18,333 while you learn
What we’re looking for:

Eager to learn and grow
A team player who’s organised and proactive
Passionate about delivering great customer service
Curious and eager to learn about housing and how we support residents
Strong communication skills – friendly and clear
Comfortable using systems and handling customer information
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Organised and able to manage tasks effectively
Confident working with different teams and building relationships
Don’t worry if you don’t have much experience – it’s not essential. What matters most is your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. If you’re motivated and ready to take the first step, we’ll give you the tools and support to help you succeed.

Why join us?

We’re one of the top 30 housing associations in England, with homes across London, Kent, Essex and Sussex. Our purpose is simple: “open doors to better lives for our customers.”
