Position: Personal Assistant/Support worker
Location: Chingford, Essex
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hourly Rate: £15 per hour

We are seeking an experienced, punctual, and caring Support Worker to provide assistance to an adult with special educational needs (SEN). The role involves accompanying the client to various activities including swimming, bowling, cinema, museums, and parks—expenses for these activities are covered by the employer.

Our client, has a great sense of humour, is very verbal, and enjoys engaging with others. However, due to his autism, requires clear communication. Client follows instructions well and enjoys outings, so this position offers a great opportunity to support someone who loves to explore and be active.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accompanying the client to various activities such as swimming, bowling, cinema, museums, and parks.
• Supporting Client to stay safe and comfortable during outings.
• Ensuring clear communication and following instructions to help Client engage with activities.
• Always maintaining punctuality and professionalism.
Requirements:
• Previous experience working with adults with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
• Must speak English clearly, as communication is key to supporting Client.
• A positive and engaging personality with a willingness to assist with various activities.
• Punctuality and reliability are essential.
