Summary
What skills and experience we're looking for
We are seeking talented, driven and passionate individuals to provide teachers and the SEN teamsupport as a Learning Support Assistant. The individual will be supporting children’s learning, social andwelfare needs. You will work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff to undertakework/care/support programmes to enable access to learning for pupils.
You will also assist the classteacher in the management of pupils and the classroom.
This role at our school requires the successful candidate to demonstrate empathy and kindnessalongside initiative and the ability to work autonomously where needed. It is important to be a role modelfor the pupils in the class and the school as a whole.
You will join a team who are supportive, successful and committed to setting high standards.
