Role Information
Our Apprenticeship division is experiencing significant growth, and we are seeking an accomplished and proactive individual with a strong track record in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and initiative to successfully identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities.

DUTIES
Deliver start targets aligned with our overall growth strategy.
Carry out training needs analysis to identify the best options that meet the client's needs and objectives, including mapping apprenticeship standards, Employability, and AEB programmes to relevant training requirements.
Mobilise new business opportunities and ensure a smooth transition over to the Key Account or Serviced Account team.
Contribute to the development of the marketing strategy for employers, supporting plans for growth and maximising income from Levy-paying employers and strategic employer partners.
Conduct targeted outreach campaigns utilising LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and follow-up strategies to engage with B2B leads generated by our call centre and website, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities for business growth.
Contribute to research to identify new areas of employer need and new products and markets, helping to shape our future strategy.
Establish and maintain our reputation as a customer-focused provider by building strong relationships with employers and other key stakeholders such as public sector bodies and referral partners.
Obtain employer contracts and lead contract negotiations with the support of the wider team.
Contribute to our positioning to respond to changes in the Levy apprenticeship funding model and develop a fully costed apprenticeship management and delivery model(s).
Be present at networking events, specific to your sector.
Represent us on various advisory bodies and business forums.
Implement and comply with the Company’s Equality and Diversity, Safeguarding and Health and Safety Policies
Undertake such duties as may be required commensurate with the level of responsibility and nature of the job in discussion with your line manager
