Remarkable Jobs is hiring on behalf of our amazing client.
We are seeking a Membership Operations Manager to join their team in Bracknell. This is a hands-on and varied role requiring strong project management and organisational skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional value to members.

Membership Operations Manager Role:
As the Membership Operations Manager, you will play a key role in implementing the strategic membership plan. You will drive member engagement, oversee a diverse events programme, and ensure high levels of operational excellence across all membership services.

Membership Operations Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the member events programme, from content planning to delivery.


  • Lead the subscription renewals process including invoicing and collections.


  • Oversee new membership applications and onboarding, as well as the resignations process.


  • Coordinate engaging membership communications (newsletters, case studies, etc.).


  • Maintain accurate member records and ensure system and process efficiency.


  • Gather insights on members and competitors to inform strategic decisions.


  • Provide outstanding customer service across all touchpoints.


  • Support digital engagement throughout the annual membership cycle.


    What They Are Looking For:

    Essential:

    • 3–5 years’ relevant experience in operations, project management, or events.


    • Proficient IT user with experience in Microsoft packages, CRM, and CMS tools.


    • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.


    • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.


    • Able to work both independently and collaboratively.


      Desirable:

      • Experience delivering presentations and running meetings.
