Summary
Job Opportunity: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner
Location: Tottenham, London
Salary: London Living Wage Employer
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, term time only
Start Date: ASAP
We are a small, friendly, charity-run setting for children aged 2–4. We pride ourselves on our child-led, free-flow approach to learning and play — and we’re looking for a passionate, experienced, enthusiastic Level 3 Early Years Practitioner to join our team!
What We’re Looking For:
We believe the right person is just as important as the right qualifications. So, if this sounds like you, we want to hear from you:
You have a warm, smiling face that makes every child feel seen and valued.
You can laugh at jokes you don’t understand — and make up even better ones!
You’re a little quirky — and can become the world’s best pirate captain at a moment’s notice.
You’re confident announcing your toilet breaks in a room full of toddlers (and colleagues!).
You can sing — in tune or not — with gusto and pride.
You give warm hugs generously and sincerely.
You can count a crowd of moving children faster than a magician counts cards.
You don’t mind mystery stains on your clothes (or being asked about them on the bus home).
You’re a pro at talking about bodily functions without flinching.
You’ve mastered the art of pretend tea drinking and playdough tasting.
You can read a story upside down while answering a dozen questions per page.
Most importantly: you are ready to have fun, laugh a lot, and feel truly valued by the children and families you work with.
Why Join Us?
Work in a warm, supportive team where your creativity is celebrated.
Be part of a setting that respects the voice of the child and the magic of play.
Enjoy school holidays off (term time only contract).
Contribute to a long-standing community setting rooted in care, inclusion, and fun.

We can’t wait to meet someone who shares our passion for early years — and knows how to make the ordinary feel extraordinary.
