We’re currently seeking a multi skilled Plumber to join our team working on a social housing project in Bury. Delivering high-quality maintenance, repair, and refurbishment services across homes and public buildings.
Multi Skilled Plumber Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out multi-skilled plumbing tasks, including
• Responsive and planned repairs
• Void property reinstatements
• Disrepair works and damp remediation
• Capital investment projects
• Work across council homes, public buildings, and other managed properties.
• Deliver quality work while ensuring excellent customer service and cost-effective solutions.
Multi Skilled Plumber Requirements:
• Proven experience in multi-skilled plumbing
• Remove bathrooms and alter pipework
• Install level deck trays to both wood and concrete floors
• Perform patch plastering and Dot & Dab
• Complete minor joinery tasks
• Tile up to 10sqm to a high standard
• Screed floors as required
• Must have a valid driving licence and own vehicle
• Must be able to work on-site daily
