Established in 1979, our client is a trusted family-run Plumbing, Gas and Electrical company known for delivering excellent customer service to homeowners, tenants and landlords across Greater Manchester. They pride themselves on quality workmanship, fixing issues right the first time, and supporting their engineers with a knowledgeable back-office team.
They are seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Plumber to become a valued part of their expanding team.

Are you the right person for the job?
• At least 2 years of domestic plumbing experience (NVQ Level 2 & 3 plumbing desirable)
• Own tools
• A self-starter who can work independently but thrives in a team-focused environment
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work to timeframes
• Trustworthy, reliable, and takes pride in delivering high-quality work
• Full UK driving licence required
• Experience repairing central heating systems is an advantage (not essential)
What will your role look like?
• Attend multiple properties per day to complete reactive plumbing repairs
• Handle a wide variety of plumbing jobs – from basic maintenance on toilets to replacing baths, shower enclosures and hot water cylinders
• Replace immersion heaters and carry out water leak trace and detection
• Keep the back office updated on issues to ensure smooth workflows
• Travel across Greater Manchester, working independently under your own initiative
• This job will not usually involve replacing full bathrooms or long-duration jobs lasting more than two days
• Collaborate with the team and assist with occasional general maintenance tasks
• Attend morning briefings at the company office before heading out on jobs
