Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Deputy Manager to join our care home in Brooke, Norfolk. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential care management and possess strong leadership and communication skills. As the Deputy Manager, you will support the Home Manager in the day-to-day operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care standards are met and maintained. You will be responsible for overseeing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Home Manager in managing the care home operations.
- Lead and supervise the care team to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and care standards.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain care quality.
- Support in recruitment, training, and development of staff.
- Liaise with residents, families, and external agencies to ensure excellent care service.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Deputy Manager in a care home setting.
