Assistant Service Manager
Location: Ipswich
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5:30pm, Alternate Saturday Mornings
Salary: 31k basic + Uncapped Bonus OTE 40K

We have a new vacancy for an Assistant Service Manager for my client’s main dealership in Ipswich. Excellent opportunity for an Assistant Service Manager to join a high-performing team. This role suits an Assistant Service Manager looking for a long-term role.
Assistant Service Manager Role:
- Working closely with the Aftersales Manager you will be overseeing the aftersales department, both front and back of house operations.
- Completing monthly evaluations and health and safety assessments.
- Ensuring all KPIs are set and hit by the department.
Assistant Service Manager Benefits:
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, rising to 28 days after three years’ continuous service.

Assistant Service Manager Requirements:
- Must have an extensive background across aftersales in the motor trade.
- Knowledge of Kerridge or Pinnacle would be advantageous.
