Summary
BROOKFIELD CARE HOME in Lazenby.
Senior Healthcare Assistant for Nights.
The ideal candidates must have experience and knowledge in adult Dementia / Mental Health care and have worked in a similar environment.
Good Communication and documentation will be part of the role so good spoken and written English is required.
Responsibilities include but is not limited too;
The ordering, storing and administration of Medicines.
Completion and reviewing of Care Plans.
Ward rounds with our nominated G.P surgery.
Managing care staff to complete their job roles and paperwork.
Supervisions, Appraisals, audits
On Call
Job Type: Full time, Permanent
Pay: £ to be discussed at interview
11 hour night shifts
Overtime, Weekends included.
