Key Responsibilities
Handle tenancy breaches and anti-social behaviour cases effectively.
Manage property voids and support efficient lettings.
Support community safety and estate inspections.
Deliver a responsive, customer-focused service.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in social housing, estate or tenancy management.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage patch-based responsibilities.
Basic DBS required.
