At Cushon we like to do things a bit differently. Our mission is to help as many people as possible to get comfortable with their finances, and our vision is to bring tech revolution to the financial services industry. We’re looking for talented people to help us build simple, convenient, and delightful financial experiences tailored to our customers.

  • In this rewarding role, you’ll be managing our Pensions Third Party administrator to support our clients across the business
  • You’ll use your experience to coach and mentor your team to build and maintain capability and succession in the bank, giving you excellent exposure for your work

  • We are looking to pay in the region of £60,000 - £70,000

What you'll do

As our Pensions Operations Lead, you’ll be embedding and enhancing the end-to-end operating model to ensure we’re offering a great service to our most trusted clients. As you lead your team, you’ll make sure that they’re on hand to meet the needs of our clients and have the right support, guidance and development to succeed.

You’ll also be:

  • Reviewing work flows and making sure they align with regulatory obligations
  • Working with your colleagues to define, design and deliver upskilling
  • Producing and analysing accurate metrics to manage your team’s performance and capability
  • Advocating a strong risk culture across the function, and making sure that operational and conduct risks are identified, evaluated and reported

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for an influential team manager with experience in the Pensions industry or investment services. Due to the nature of the role, you’ll need to have working knowledge of Pensions and its regulations or knowledge of the alternative funds sector and its regulations.
