Senior IT Analyst
The location of the role is Ansty Park, Coventry (hybrid working - 4 days in office, 1 day remote).
The duration of the contract is 6 months initially.
The pay rate on offer is £275 - £400 (via PAYE) per day.
Key skills: Microsoft Products - Active Directory, Powershell, Server/Network migrations, ServiceNow (nice to have)
Key activities of the role
- Provide key support to server and network migrations. Client previously had legacy systems and various different domains - this role is to help move forward with server migrations hosting particular applications and databases.
- Element of technical discovery, planning and execution.
- Expedite integration activities - strict deadlines and running multiple initiatives in parallel.
- Help establish a mature and consistent way of working within the division.
- Help create a knowledge base and library - business process mapping, requirements gathering.
- Stakeholder engagement - from shopfloor staff up to senior/exec level.
- Help lead and mentor some Junior/Support IT staff within the divisional team.
Key skills and experience
- Experience with Active directory, PowerShell
- Experience working on Server and Network migrations
- ServiceNow (or other ticketing tool) experience nice to have
- Aerospace, Defence, or Manufacturing industry experience nice to have
- Agile, Waterfall methodology experience
- Stakeholder engagement
