We are seeking a skilled and passionate Hospitality and Catering Lecturer to join our team in Dunstable. This permanent, part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to share your expertise, inspire learners, and support the development of the next generation of hospitality professionals.
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons and practical training across a range of hospitality and catering subjects
- Design and deliver engaging learning experiences tailored to different learner levels and vocational areas
- Set and assess assignments, track student progress, and provide constructive feedback
- Monitor attendance, manage classroom behaviour, and ensure a safe, inclusive learning environment
- Support learners' development of industry-standard practical skills and employability
- Lead or support the organisation of workplace experiences and employer engagement activities
- Participate in curriculum development, quality assurance activities, and team meetings
- Promote safeguarding, health and safety, and equality and diversity throughout teaching practice
- Encourage learners to achieve their full potential and support their progression

Qualifications & Experience
- Teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards)
- Level 2 qualification in English and Maths
- Assessor Award (or willingness to obtain)
- Up-to-date vocational knowledge and recent experience in the hospitality or catering industry
- At least 3 years' teaching experience within a relevant setting
