Summary
Actioning requests for the disclosure of information from Royal Air Force records of former/current RAF service personnel in accordance with DPA 18, Access to Health Records Act 1990 (AHRA), AP7004, FOIA2000 and JSP 441. Collating data from data owners, making appropriate searches (internally and externally). Monitoring the progress of allocated cases on ecase taking hastening action when required. Raise and despatch accurate disclosure in accordance with MOD guidelines. Ensure complex, sensitive, or contentious cases are referred to line management promptly. The vast majority of duties are computer based; therefore, applicants must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
