Hours: Full Time –
- Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm
- Friday: 7:00am – 12:30pm

Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for people, performance, and progress? We’re looking for a Production Team Leader to join our client’s growing team in Salford. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact within a forward-thinking manufacturing business.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for leading a production team to ensure daily targets are met safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality. You’ll champion continuous improvement and drive a positive, high-performance culture on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, support, and develop a team of production operatives
- Monitor and manage production schedules and workflow
- Uphold and promote Health & Safety best practices across all operations
- Drive productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
- Mentor and coach team members to develop skills and build capability
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Communicate effectively across departments and levels
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role
- Strong people management and mentoring skills
- A proactive, open-minded approach to problem-solving and change
- Positive mindset with a focus on team engagement and collaboration
- Excellent understanding of Health & Safety practices
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
