Location: Blackburn
Salary: £24,000 per annum
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:30am–5:00pm | Friday 8:30am–3:00pm

About the Role
As the Sales Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of the sales support function—managing customer enquiries, processing orders, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with the field sales team and internal departments to deliver top-notch service and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Handling inbound calls for quotes, orders, and delivery enquiries
• Providing accurate pricing and stock availability
• Processing orders and paperwork efficiently within agreed SLA’s
• Supporting field sales with customer requests
• Managing customer complaints with professionalism and care
• Booking carrier collections and managing delivery documentation
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Participating in team meetings and maintaining a tidy workspace
• Making occasional outbound calls to re-engage lapsed customers
