Summary

**The Role**
C~~urb 6, part of Link Group, is seeking a Contracts Supervisor to support its Property Maintenance team in delivering efficient, compliant maintenance services. You’ll manage externally procured subcontractors and oversee contract performance, financial control, and risk management. You’ll serve as the contracts lead, working closely with the Repairs Manager to manage subcontracted contracts and framework agreements for C~~urb’s in-house repairs service.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Oversee and manage external subcontractor works
* Ensure contracts are compliantly procured and properly managed
* Monitor performance and coordinate required actions
* Maintain contractual and legislative compliance
* Provide reports on performance and financials
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and customers
**About You**
You’ll bring a strong background in contract and project management within a building or maintenance environment.
**Essential Qualifications and Experience:**
* HNC in Quantity/Building Surveying or equivalent experience
* Strong knowledge of contract administration and procurement
* Understanding of Health & Safety (incl. CDM 2015)
* Experience in estimating, pricing, and budget control
* Operational and service delivery management experience
* Skilled in compiling operational and financial reports
**Skills and Attributes:**
* Strong IT, financial planning, and workload management skills
* Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
* Customer-focused approach
