Are you an experienced clinician in a care home and enjoy training and audits?
My client is an Outstanding care home in central London a and is seeking a passionate and motivated clinician with good CQC knowledge to support the management team in training and auditing
You will train new and existing staff
You will ensure that all clinically focused staff have completed role relevant training and has required skills to practice safely.
Devise individual training plans for individuals in discussion with the home manager
Produce an annual training needs analysis for clinical staff which entails both mandatory and professional development training.
Support the home to deliver clinical training for staff including personal care, medication management, patient assessment, infection prevention and control, manual handling, care planning.
Work with the management team on back to work plans, gradual returns and development plans for staff who require support to improve their performance.
Work with the management team on reassessment and training of individuals or teams following clinical incidents and significant events.
Maintain own professional development and registration
Have the ability to organise, plan and deliver training to groups of clinical staff.
You will be an RGN with a training qualification and have experience in a care home environment
