Administration Coordinator required for a leading company based in Bradford who specialise in the construction sector. This is an exciting opportunity to play an integral role within a company in a varied role where two days are never the same.
Candidates will need experience working within an administration role, including working with invoices, purchase orders etc. This role would suit candidates with a background related to construction, drainage, housing or similar.
The successful candidate will be joining a small team and will play a key role in supporting the ongoing success of the company. You will support the Operations Manager coordinate works, and you can expect to be involved in activities such as checking invoices, inputting PO’s, creating credit notes, ordering equipment, answering the phone etc.
Administration Coordinator Role:
· Answering customer enquiries
· Sending job cards
· Using a CRM system (Big Change) – checking invoices, inputting PO’s, creating credit notes
Administration Coordinator Role:
· Experience in an administrative / coordinator role
· Experience dealing with invoices etc.
