Job Purpose: The post holder will contribute to the Council’s programme by alleviating poverty, increasing financial inclusion and improving wellbeing. The post holder will work positively and independently with our most vulnerable and protected service users to provide an effective and efficient customer-focused welfare advice and inspection service across the whole of the Highlands.
Adaptability is key as we regularly evaluate service provision to improve and meet the diverse and changing needs of our service users.
