Summary

Support Worker - Waking Nights
Location: Loughor
Full time - 37.5 hours per week

About the role:
We are looking for dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Support Workers to join our team and provide overnight support to two friendly gentleman living in their own home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real different in their lives by ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and supported through the night.

What you'll be doing:

- Providing reassurances and emotional support during the night

- Assisting with personal care

- Monitoring wellbeing and responding to any needs that arise

- Supporting with bedtime and morning routines

- Keeping accurate records and reporting any concerns

- Ensuring a calm, safe, and respectful environment

About you:
We're looking for someone who is:

- Kind, patient, and respectful

- Reliable and able to work independently

- A good communicator with a calm and reassuring presence

- Flexible and committed to providing high-quality support
