Summary
Your New Company:
We are looking for enthusiastic and compassionate Support Workers to join a dedicated team in Llanelli. They provide around the clock care to a diverse range of service users, including individuals with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs and challenging behaviour.

Your New Role:
As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering service users of all ages and personalities. You will help them celebrate their individuality and live in line with their support plans.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting social, educational and work-related activities to enhance emotional, cultural and physical well‑being
- Providing personal care when required
- Assisting with general housekeeping and domestic duties
Shifts are varied, including long days, wakeful nights and occasional sleep‑ins, offering flexibility and variety in your working week.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
No prior experience is required as full training is provided. What matters most is your passion for supporting people, your flexibility and your ability to adapt to different situations.
