Salary range: Starting at £48,474 plus 10% market supplement

About the Role

As a Principal Asset Surveyor, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving Nottingham’s growth and transformation. You’ll lead the delivery of high-impact strategic planning and asset management programmes, overseeing projects from inception to completion. Your expertise will directly influence the Council’s portfolio of assets, helping to optimise their use and contribute to Nottingham’s vibrant community and economy.

About You

We’re seeking individuals with:

  • MRICS with post-qualification experience relevant to the role.
  • Expertise in commercial negotiations, asset appraisal, and property change solutions.
  • A deep understanding of property law and valuation practices.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex property issues and implement innovative solutions.
