ERP PRODUCTION PLANNING LEAD

THE OPPORTUNITY
We’re looking for a proactive and knowledgeable ERP - Production Planning Lead to join our dynamic ERP transformation program on
an 18 month Fixed Term Contract. Working from home (with frequent site visits as required), you’ll take full ownership of the
planning functionality within our evolving ERP system—leading the design, testing, roll-out, and optimisation of solutions that
will shape how we plan production across our network.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
* Collaborating with internal site teams and 3rd party vendors to scope, design, and deliver effective ERP planning solutions.
* Leading the testing and validation of ERP outputs to ensure short and long-term supply plans can be managed seamlessly.
* Becoming the in-house expert on ERP planning processes, supporting cross-functional teams and troubleshooting real-time issues
in a live environment.
* Developing and maintaining clear, user-friendly training materials, and providing coaching to ensure knowledge is embedded
across the business.
* Working through test scenarios independently and alongside key users to ensure robust deployment.
* Monitoring project timelines, flagging risks, and helping ensure on-time, cost-effective delivery.
* Supporting the ERP Supply Chain Lead and deputise when required.
* Maintaining a continuous improvement mindset, ensuring systems and tools evolve with the business.
ABOUT YOU
* Experienced in ERP (ideally in a chilled or FMCG supply chain environment), with a strong grasp of supply planning processes.
* Confident working cross-functionally with operations, IT, commercial and third-party providers.
* Skilled at interpreting business needs and translating them into functional ERP solutions.
* A natural friendly communicator, trainer, and collaborator—able to influence, coach, and build strong relationships at all
levels.
* Comfortable working independently, managing your time and deliverables, and supporting a wider project team.
* Flexible and willing to travel to TCFG sites as needed throughout the UK.
