Summary
ESG Security based in Solihull Town centre is looking for a new Help desk operator.
The role is working between 8- 12 hr shifts (mainly 12 hr shifts) at our Head office in Solihull Town centre taking calls and emails from our Security staff and clients and dealing with their requirements and requests.
This is a fast-moving type role , needs to be able to handle pressure and multi task , deal with issues and make decisions, IT skills are essential
The working shifts can be days or nights or a mixture of both, including weekends and bank holidays.
It will be ideal if you have worked in the security sector previously and an SIA License is required for this role.
Clean drivers licence is also helpful.
Rate of pay £12.50 per hour
Annual wages approx. £25,000 - £28,000 depending on hours worked
Training is provided and good promotion opportunities
