We are seeking Operations Operatives to join our Production team. This is a Temporary position expected to be up to three months.

Assessment Centres held will be being held weekly from Tuesday 20th May with start dates beginning from 27th May onwards.

At the assessment centre there will be a tour of the area and an assessment of the job itself to check manual dexterity.

Are you able to work a shift that will be allocated between 7.30am and 4.30pm?

You will need to provide operative support to the Production part of the team as required and to ensure that all deadlines and KPI’s are adhered to.

All Operations employees are expected to become multi-skilled to work in all areas if required.

Main Responsibilities

Once trained, to carry out assembly tasks as required on all assembly line positions.
To handle products with appropriate care, taking regard to ESD precaution.
To co-operate with management to ensure the efficiency and smooth running of the assembly line.
To box products effectively on the boxing line when required.

Knowledge of ‘5S’ and Lean working practices

Excellent timekeeping
Works well under pressure
Manual dexterity
Attention to detail
Conscious of Health & Safety regulations
Work efficient working practices
IT manufacturing experience
Knowledge of assembly line work

Job details:

This is a full time position - 37 hours per week - Monday - Friday
