Summary
Directorate 2* area Engagement Manager including:
Design, establish, implement and manage the delivery of engagement ensuring all initiatives and people news are communicated in a regular, considered, effective and engaging way.
Ensure the most effective messaging channels are used so communication is clear and aligned across the Directorate embedding organisational culture, shared values and help the organisation speak with a common voice including developing and managing effective SM internal communications channels as required.
Create a network of internal stakeholders across the Directorate, cohering activity and providing direction on Directorate wide issues
Provide a best practice approach to engagement across the directorate using excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Build a listening culture and build feedback mechanisms into internal communications to enable employees to have an opportunity for dialogue.
Create opportunities for two-way engagement to enhance employee engagement.
Create a network of stakeholders across the Directorate and DNE, cohering activity and providing direction on Directorate wide issues.
Provide a regular review of the effectiveness of engagement across DNE, engaging with staff and stakeholders
Ability to prioritise and manage own workload effectively but also to be flexible and adapt/respond to emerging issues, short deadlines and other demands or challenges.
