♂️ About BuildWales
BuildWales is a forward-thinking construction company delivering high-quality new builds, renovations, and sustainable housing developments across West Wales. We’re growing fast and building out the systems that support long-term success.
We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our operations from behind the scenes. You'll play a key role in maintaining clear records, tracking important documents, and assisting with the smooth running of multiple live projects—all from the comfort of your own workspace.

Key responsibilities:
Uploading and tracking receipts, invoices, and expenses using QuickBooks or spreadsheets
Keeping project folders organised and up to date (Google Drive, Airtable or Smartsheet)
Logging and matching delivery notes with orders
Following up with suppliers for quotes or order confirmations
Assisting with quote formatting, templates, and general admin for the director
Managing shared inboxes or messages for basic admin follow-up
Uploading and organising job progress photos and documents
✅ What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage your own time
Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Comfortable learning and using new systems like Airtable or Smartsheet
Friendly, professional communication style
Previous admin experience (construction or trades background is a plus)
Nice to Have:
Experience with QuickBooks
Familiarity with construction documentation
Based locally in West Wales (optional)
