We’re looking for a motivated Transport Coordinator to join our busy team in Tewkesbury. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our transport operations run smoothly and efficiently for one of our key logistics contracts. Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day transport operations on-site and at customer locations

  
  

• Work closely with management to optimise the use of hire vehicles and subcontractors

  
  

• Ensure full compliance with working time directive regulations for drivers

  
  

• Investigate any incidents or accidents quickly and thoroughly

  
  

• Communicate regularly with drivers, internal teams, and customers

  
  

• Maintain accurate records and support the smooth running of the transport office

  
  What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in a fast-paced transport or logistics environment

    
    

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    
    

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities

    
    

  • Confident using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

    
    

  • A proactive and flexible approach to work
