Job role : Site Manager
Working Pattern: Split shift 6.30am to 9.30am and 2.30pm to 6.30pm
Required From: July 2025
The Governors, staff and children at Christ Church C.E. Primary school are looking to appoint an enthusiastic, hardworking and dedicated site manager with a strong commitment to maintaining a safe, clean and welcoming environment. The school has an Executive Head teacher and works in partnership with Lewis Street and Lark Hill Primary Schools.
The successful candidate will:
- Have experience in a premises site management role.
- Have In depth knowledge of building and maintenance management.
- Be capable of working to schedules and also on own initiative
- Be able to manage regular health and safety checks with daily cleaning, record keeping and maintenance.
- Be able to effectively communicate with a wide range of audiences, verbally in writing, with the ability to gain credibility at all levels of the organisation.
- Be able to work well under pressure and manage competing deadlines.
- Have basic DIY skills for general building and grounds maintenance
- Have an awareness of health and safety matters and willingness to partake in training as appropriate
- Be able to liaise with contractors as necessary
