and ensuring that every member feels valued and supported.
What We’re Looking For:
* Customer Service Excellence: You have a passion for delivering outstanding service, whether in person, over the phone, or
online.
* Positive Presence: You greet every member with warmth, positivity, and professionalism, making them feel like valued guests.
* Proactive Problem-Solver: You go above and beyond to assist customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and care.
* Effective Communicator: You engage confidently, both face to face and in writing, and maintain a professional telephone manner.
* Organised and Responsible: You can handle administrative tasks, including point of sale transactions, bookings, cash handling,
and managing membership enquiries.
* Team Player: You work collaboratively with colleagues, maintain a clean and safe environment, and assist in setting up and
packing away equipment when needed.
* Adaptable and Self-Sufficient: You are prepared to work alone when required and take responsibility for maintaining high
standards throughout your shift.
Desirable Skills:
* Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service environment is beneficial.
* First Aid Certification: Training will be provided if needed.
* Physical Readiness: A reasonable level of fitness is required for manual handling tasks.
