Job Description:
We are currently seeking a skilled Building Services CAD/REVIT Technician on behalf of our client. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing detailed CAD and REVIT drawings for various building services projects. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Produce detailed CAD and REVIT drawings for building services projects.
- Collaborate with engineers and project managers to ensure accurate and timely delivery of drawings.
- Maintain and update project documentation and drawings.
- Assist in the development and implementation of CAD/REVIT standards and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CAD/REVIT Technician in the building services industry.
- Proficiency in CAD and REVIT software.
- Strong understanding of building services systems and components.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
