Salary: Up to £35K - Paid door to door.
Our client is looking for reliable and hardworking individuals to join their team as Chicken Catchers. This is a hands-on, physically demanding role working on poultry farms, ideal for those who enjoy manual work and working with animals in an agricultural setting. Transport is provided from Tiverton, so you must be local or able to travel to the pick-up point.
Key Duties:
- Catching and restraining birds using correct techniques and equipment
- Ensuring birds are handled with care to reduce stress and avoid injury
- Loading birds into transport modules safely and efficiently
- Maintaining high hygiene and cleanliness standards on-site
What We’re Looking For:
- Physically fit – this is a demanding manual role
- A reliable team player with a good work ethic
- Comfortable working with live animals
- Flexibility for different shift patterns
- A driving licence is desirable but not essential
- Must be based in or near Tiverton for pick-up
