We currently have temporary opportunities for Production Operatives to join our team in Willand, Devon. These roles are available for the summer period on a temporary basis with the possibility of becoming permanent. There are a number of shifts to chose from:
- This post is working AM or PM
- The hours of work and shift patterns available are 5:30am - 2:30pm (Monday to Friday with an early finish of 1:30pm on Tuesdays) OR 5am - 3:15pm (3 weekly rotating shift pattern) OR 3:30pm - 0:00am
- The rate of pay is: £12:21 - £12.56 per hour
Main Responsibilities:
Your key responsibilities will be to process and pack food products for top retail customers in a busy chilled factory environment.
This will include handling portions of raw chicken such as the breast or thigh or trussing the whole bird.
Ideal Candidate:
You’ll have a passion for delivering high standards and making sure our Health and Safety, Food Safety and Quality standards are met. And you’ll be prepared to learn and work well in a fast-paced environment
If you’ve previously worked in a factory it would be an advantage but it’s not essential as full training will be given, including L1 & 2 Health and Safety certification.
