What You’ll Be Responsible For:
Progressing sales enquiries by following up quotations and identifying opportunities to convert leads
Managing commercial negotiations to achieve the best outcomes for both client and company
Keeping all project details current and accurate using the internal CRM system
Offering knowledgeable, solutions-focused advice to customers over the phone
Creating and presenting weekly updates on order status and sales forecasts
Maintaining detailed and up-to-date client information within the CRM database
Conducting market research using online tools, lead subscription services, and social platforms
Actively nurturing sales leads to support conversion and pipeline growth
Coordinating appointments and planning meetings with new and existing clients where required
Desirable Qualities
Previous experience in sales development or coordination, ideally in a telephone-based role
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to cross-sell and confidently close sales
Sharp attention to detail with a proactive approach to identifying quality leads
Professional communicator, able to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
Experience using CRM systems, along with strong administrative capabilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and general business IT systems
Comfortable navigating websites and social platforms for business and research purposes
