What you’ll be doing:
As a Sales and Customer Service team member, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right solution for their needs — while keeping things organised and efficient behind the scenes.
Your day-to-day will include:
Being the first point of contact for all sales enquiries
Understanding customer needs and offering tailored solutions
Logging all interactions in the CRM system
Scheduling jobs with engineers, ensuring smooth coordination
Updating the marketing team with lead quality feedback
Providing excellent aftersales care and customer service
Creating and sending out custom quotations
What we’re looking for:
This role would suit someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and loves delivering a great customer experience.
You’ll ideally have:
Strong digital skills and confidence using multiple systems
A keen eye for detail
A warm, professional phone manner
Great organisational skills and a proactive mindset

Base salary of £24,000 + commission(OTE £33,000–£35,000 in your first year — and rising!)
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM — enjoy your evenings and weekends
