Summary
We’re looking for a proactive Product Data Administrator to support our client’s retail and wholesale operations. This diverse role is based at the head office of a well-known men’s clothing brand, where you’ll be responsible for managing stock replenishment, pricing updates, promotional changes, and ensuring accurate EAN data. You'll also contribute to seasonal planning, monitor sales performance and use the Blu Jay system for stock management. Additional duties include updating product information forms, preparing packing lists, and handling carton end printing. You’ll also serve as the main point of contact for store managers regarding any till-related issues.
Candidates with store management experience are ideal!
The ideal candidate will have experience in product data administration or store management, ideally within both retail and wholesale environments. Retail store Management experience would be ideal.Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential. Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office is required. Due to the location of this role, a valid driver’s license and access to your own transport are also necessary.
This is a permanent position.
The working hours are Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Monday to Thursday and 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM on Fridays.
The salary is negotiable between £28,000 – £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
