Summary
The detailed job description is contained in the JD and includes: To promote and supportresearch providing leadership to the RDN funded research team in CNWL and partner organisations to make the best use of individual skills and available resource to support NIHR portfolio studies achieve target recruitment rates. Work in close partnership with appropriate key stakeholders to ensure all local, corporate and national initiatives and targets are met. To work with the Research Delivery Manager to increase opportunities for Partner Organisation employees and service users to participate in relevant research, and ensure the dissemination of results to relevant clinical teams and service user groups. To support the Research Delivery Manager working in collaboration with relevant trust clinicians to assess the feasibility of studies running in Partner Organisations, and liaise with R & D offices and research teams to support their application for approval within agreed time frames The post holder will support governance and audit within the team/service, ensuring that team members are supported and developed to their potential and that new team members are comprehensively inducted and successfully integrated into the team. The post holder will be expected to create an environment of continuous quality improvement and professional development.
