Summary
Innovation role Support the Associate Medical Director of Research & Innovation in their role Work with innovation project managers to deliver projects Design and deliver health technology educational content for both Trust colleagues and associate undergraduates Curate and deliver BRAInWave conference Develop a skill set to allow progression to a more senior role in healthcare innovation Clinical role To have regular meetings with their Clinical Supervisor and a yearly appraisal To follow Trust guidelines and pathways To actively participate in departmental teaching To reflect on clinical practice to demonstrate learning and progression
