Summary
Take a lead role in supporting the Assistant Director of Digital Transformation in developing, leading and managing the digital business change benefits portfolio of significant size and complexity ensuring the Digital directorate meets stakeholders needs and expectations. Establish a framework to take forward the capturing and analyzing of information through clinical and administrative workflows and processes setting out the current and to be processes to inform benefits and efficiencies. Develop and define a Business Change Management Strategy ensuring key personnel are identified and engaged with throughout the Programme for a successful delivery of transformational change. Develop and define a detailed digital benefits realisation plan, encompassing all digital programmes of work, ensuring the plan supports organizational transformational change through the delivery of new digital ways of working. Take a lead role in aligning the digital plan to the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board (CTMUHB) Goals, Measures and Outcomes. Ensure that the benefits plan complies with corporate and departmental policies while meeting all statutory regulations and requirements. Lead and use change management and quality improvement methodologies where applicable, to promote effective ways of working/clinical pathways adopted through the introduction of new clinical systems.
