Summary

The Transformation Lead (Digital) will be responsible for coordinating all elements of the programme or project life cycle and will take day to day responsibility for supporting the delivery at each stage, from inception to post-delivery evaluation. The prime responsibility is to ensure that the programme delivers the required outcomes to the required quality within the constraints of time and cost. In practice, the key elements of the role will be:- Working with key stakeholders to develop a shared vision, project/programme/portfolio governance structure and plans to ensure that the piece of work is delivered effectively.- Working with key stakeholders to coordinate the resources that need to be a part of the projects to ensure the right people are involved to ensure successful delivery- Facilitating the co-design of pathway and process changes with clinical and operational leads and service users. While prior experience within the NHS is helpful, it is not a prerequisite and we value the fresh insights and perspectives you may bring.
