Are you an experienced Physiotherapistwho is passionate aboutworking withchildrenand young people? Are you looking to work as part of a supportive team in a flexible working environment whilst earning HCAS?
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a band 6Physiotherapist to join our team basedin East Berkshire.
Within this post you will have the opportunity to work as part of an experienced team of therapists in a mix of community settings,educationalsettings, homes, having independence and autonomy to manage your own caseload.
In your role you will be expected to deliver a high standard of speech and language therapy care to children and young people withdevelopmental andcomplex needs,thereforefor this role we are looking forsomeonewith a realpassionfor seeing childrenand young peoplereach their potential.
Our core workinghours are Monday to Friday 9:00 – 17:00 but we can offersomeflexibility around this. The role will involve some travel butalsooffersopportunities forflexible working.
• Provide high quality assessment and interventions for children and young people with developmental / complex needs
• Function as a specialist autonomous clinician, supporting delivery of the CYPIT model and providingsupport to more junior staffand students
• Contribute to defined projects and service development initiatives as requested
• Maintainaccurateand contemporaneous clinical records and provide written therapy plans and reports including contribution to the EHCAssessment process and tribunals asrequired
• Useneeds-led,impact-based clinical decision making, and associated outcome measures
• Provide specialist clinical care including assessment,diagnosisand intervention

The “must haves” for this role:
1. Bea qualifiedPhysiotherapist, with experience in assessingand treatingchildren and young peoplewith developmental and complex needs presentations
1. Excellent communication skills
1. Hold a full UK driving license, with access to using a vehicle for work purposes
