Summary
Masstemps Ltd are currently recruiting on behalf of a client for a full-time temp to perm Maintenance Team Leader to join a busy and expanding company based in the Oldbury area.
Responsibilities for the day to day include…
Responding rapidly to production issues and machinery breakdowns to minimize operational downtime.
Applying strong problem-solving skills in a multi-skilled engineering environment.
Developing, managing, and executing preventive maintenance schedules.
Leading routine inspections to ensure equipment operates at peak efficiency.
Planning, delegating, and overseeing workload for the maintenance team to meet daily objectives.
Supervising and mentoring Apprentices, including their training and ongoing development.
HOURS
Monday to Thursday: 7:30am – 16:30pm
Friday: 7:30am – 12:30pm
PAY RATE
Up to £24.62 per hour (depending on experience)
