Responsibilities:
Lead the planning and implementation of the data and technology transformation programme.
Define programme scope, goals, and success metrics in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Develop and manage a detailed programme plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of sustainability programme objectives including marketing, technology, data science, and AI
Monitor and report on programme progress,
identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the programme lifecycle.
Manage programme budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Champion best practices in programme management methodologies, including Agile, SAFe, or hybrid approaches
Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess programme success and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Extensive experience (1+ years) in programme management, ideally within IT services, digital transformation, or sustainability-focused technology initiatives.
Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT or sustainability-driven programmes on time and within budget.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams in tech-driven environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities, particularly in aligning IT and sustainability objectives.
Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of driving sustainable technology solutions.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities within fast-paced IT and service environments.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, and Smartsheets.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies, with experience applying them to IT and sustainability-focused projects.
Desirable:
Relevant professional qualifications (e.g. PMP, MSP, PRINCE2) is desirable.
Experience working in a sustainability-focused enterprise based in UK and UAE.
Knowledge of cloud platforms.
Understanding of emerging data and technology trends, including AI, IoT, and blockchain, as they relate to sustainable IT services.
