Summary
Job Description:
Advising clients on all aspects of immigration law, including visa applications, asylum claims, appeals, and human rights cases.
Handling complex immigration matters, including family reunion, deportation, detention, and judicial reviews.
Conducting legal research and staying updated with changes in immigration legislation and policies.
Preparing and submitting visa applications, appeals, and other legal documents to relevant authorities.
Representing clients at immigration tribunals, hearings, and court proceedings.
Providing excellent client care and managing client expectations throughout the immigration process.
Collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
Requirements:
Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate in England and Wales.
Extensive experience in immigration law, including asylum and human rights matters.
Strong advocacy, negotiation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
Up-to-date knowledge of immigration rules, policies, and procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
Empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to upholding clients' rights.
