One of our clients in Redhill is looking for a Specialised Credit Management Advisor to join the team for a 12month FTC for Maternity cover
Your new role
- Manage the Vulnerable Customer database, ensuring compliance with company procedures, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee debt management accounts, ensuring fair and reasonable arrangements that align with customer financial capability and do not increase debt burden.
- Maintain performance reporting and identify improvements within the process, recommending changes to enhance service and operational efficiency.
- Handle all aspects of specialised debt management, including supporting vulnerable customers, monitoring compliance, and upholding company policies and quality standards.
